Whether you’re just getting started on your fitness journey, building upon your foundation, or easing back into it after taking a break, I have a 30-day fitness track just for you.

THE WORKOUTs

I have 4 workout tracks for you to choose from! We will work together to decide which one best aligns with where you're at in your current health and fitness journey and what your goals are.

All of the tracks are structured in the same format. For 3 weeks you’ll do 5 workouts each week (about 30 minutes per day) followed by an UP Week (an optional 4th week). This is where you reset, reflect, and recover before taking on the next 3 weeks.

It’s all about block periodization — the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training variation. Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.

Nutrition

Simple and delicious recipes, meal plans, cooking shows, zoom calls with our registered dietitian, and new content every month — it’s all included!

There’s no guessing here — because you’ll have access to two proven nutrition programs (with videos) that are easy-to-follow. Plus, tons of recipes your entire family will love!

Community

This is where the magic happens! When you commit to your health esteem journey you’ll have access to our private community where you’ll surround yourself with positive energy, people who support your goals, and a judgement-free space where eating healthy and working out is the norm.

And, we like to have FUN too!

This month we will focus on applying God's word to our fitness and to our nutrition. We will learn how to steward out bodies, the way God intended. You can expect daily prompts within our community group and weekly live videos from me supporting you, equipping you, and cheering you on.
